Thirteen again (yeah, there's a lot of him lately!) on his balcony in the city of Quilt, more specifically, the merchant quarter known (oddly) as Hand. Across the river you can see the Capitol district of Kaleido hiding somewhere in its centre the Hub of the multiverse; the bulding that once housed... the Heart of Chaos.
(I'm trying to do some worldbuilding for the sequel, could you tell ;) )

Oh my god, this just looks like sci-fi gold dust! I really really love the setting, and the way your world is coming together. It really feels like you could just step into it. Strangely reminiscent of Blade Runner, for me, although I'm not sure why! :D
